Welcome! This little corner of the internet is filled with the scent of butter, sugar, and generations of love.

Hi, I'm Carla. For over twenty years, my happy place has been the kitchen. My journey began not in a fancy culinary school, but at the elbow of my Nanna. In her warm kitchen, flour dusted the air like magic, and she taught me the most important lesson of all: that the best baking comes from the heart and from scratch. She showed me how to feel the dough, to taste for just the right balance, and that quality ingredients make all the difference.

That lesson is the soul of this bakeshop. I carry Nanna's legacy forward by using only all-natural, simple ingredients. You’ll never find shortcuts or mystery additives here…just honest, handcrafted treats made from scratch with the same care I would for my own family.

And what does my family look like? Well, it’s wonderfully full! My incredibly supportive husband (who is my #1 taste-tester), and our three goofy dogs who keep my feet warm while I whisk and knead. Baking is my passionate escape from my other deeply rewarding role as a Special Education Director. Both jobs, in their own way, are about creating joy, nurturing growth, and making sure everyone feels seen and cared for.

Right now, you can find my creations at local craft fairs and community events…so please come and say hello! And soon, we’ll be bringing these scratch-made treats directly to your doorstep.
